Welcome to the Renewal Section

If you are a current subscriber, use this form to renew your policy. Note, in March, 2007, the structure of the Hands-On Protection plan has changed. The insurance is now offered as part of membership in the Hands-On Trade Association. You still receive the same insurance coverage from an A-rated underwriter, but you also receive additional member benefits.

*Note: If you have obtained this insurance through an association, you should
go through that association to renew your policy.

Steps:
1) Click on the Online Application link provided.
2) Fill out application.
3) Complete and transmit to us on our secure server paying by credit card.
4) You will receive an e-mail confirmation which will include:
      • Your Certificate of Insurance (attached PDF).
      • Your Certificate of Membership in the association (attached PDF).
      • Copy of the Insurance Policy (attached PDF).
      • Link to your personal account page with user name and password which you can log onto any time to print off or e-mail your certificate and add additional insured (for $10 ea.).
      •Link to start building your own web site.

Both professional liability (malpractice) and general (premises or "slip & fall") liability for one low price. $2 million of coverage per year / $3 million aggregate.

*Animal Massage therapist coverage is in the amount of $5,000 per occurrence. See Coverage and Costs for more details.
